This is a single retail sachet holding 43g of National Kofta Masala, enough ground recipe blend to season one homemade batch of kofta, the spiced meatball curry. The spices are already measured and balanced, so you can go straight from packet to pan without weighing out a cupboard of jars.
Shape your minced meat into koftas and brown them, or simmer them gently in a tomato and onion gravy seasoned with this masala. Add water to reach the consistency you like and cook until the koftas are tender and the sauce has thickened. Adjust the quantity to taste.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep the contents sealed and use within a reasonable time for the best flavour.
