This single retail sachet of National Malai Tikka masala weighs 50g and is sized for home cooking. Malai tikka is a mild, creamy grilled dish, most often made with chicken, and this one sachet holds a ready blend of gentle spices to fold into a rich marinade. It gives you a smooth, mellow flavour that appeals to the whole family, with none of the fuss of measuring spices.
Mix the masala with cream or yoghurt, coat your chicken pieces, then grill, bake or barbecue until cooked through. Check the pack for the suggested quantities.
Keep in a cool, dry cupboard away from direct sunlight, and reseal any leftover mix after opening as noted on the packaging.
