National Qorma Masala packs a measured spice blend into a 43g pack, made for the deep, aromatic flavour of a traditional qorma. It gives home cooks and caterers a dependable base for a warmly spiced, gently rich curry without weighing out individual spices.
Cook the masala with your chosen meat and any additions listed on the pack, such as onions and yoghurt, then simmer into a rich gravy. Always follow the quantities and method printed on the pack.
Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal or transfer to an airtight container after opening.
