These are classic breaded chicken nuggets from Qualiko, packed in a 1kg bag that suits a busy takeaway fryer just as well as a home freezer. Each piece is formed from chicken and wrapped in a lightly seasoned crumb that fries or bakes to a golden finish.
Cooking: Cook from frozen. Deep fry at roughly 175C for three to four minutes until golden and piping hot, or oven bake following the pack timings. Check that the centre reaches at least 75C before serving.
Keep frozen at minus 18C until you are ready to cook. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
