Nan khatai is the biscuit that crumbles the moment you bite it, and Rehmat e Shereen keeps to the traditional eggless recipe with its gentle cardamom warmth. Each round is baked pale and tender so it almost dissolves on the tongue. This is a single 350gm retail pack, ready to share around the tea tray.
Serve alongside chai or coffee and let a piece soften in the warmth of the cup, or simply enjoy it dry with the tea tray.
Keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture, and store in an airtight container once opened to protect the tender crumb.
