Shan Chaat Chana Masala carries the sharp, tangy seasoning that gives chana chaat its lively character. The 50g pack is a complete blend for the dish, tossed through cooked chickpeas along with fresh items such as onion, tomato and coriander to build a bright, spicy snack. It is an easy way to bring a favourite street food to your kitchen.
Follow the pack method. The masala is usually sprinkled over cooked chickpeas and tossed with chopped onion, tomato, coriander and a squeeze of lemon to taste.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and reseal or keep the sachet closed once opened.
