Shan Kashmiri Rogan Josh Curry Masala carries the warm, fragrant character of this classic Kashmiri curry. The 50g pack is a complete blend for the dish, designed to be cooked with lamb or your chosen meat to produce a rich, coloured gravy full of aroma. It brings a traditional taste within reach without a long list of separate spices.
Follow the pack method. The masala is usually cooked with meat, onions and oil, then simmered until the meat is tender and the gravy is rich and fragrant.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and reseal or keep the sachet closed once opened.
