Kat a kat is a lively dish of offal chopped and cooked on a hot griddle, named for the clatter of the blades, and this Shan mix supplies the bold spicing it needs. The 50g carton makes a punchy speciality approachable.
Cook the prepared offal on a hot griddle or pan with the masala as directed on the pack, chopping and turning until spiced through and cooked.
Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal the pack after opening.
