TOP OP Soya Chaap in Brine gives you tender chunks made from soya and wheat, packed in brine and ready to cook. Widely used across North Indian cooking, soya chaap has a firm, satisfying bite that soaks up marinades and sauces, making it a favourite plant based swap for meat. The 850g tin suits family meals and sharing.
Drain and rinse, then simmer in rich curries and masala gravies, thread onto skewers for tikka and grills, or slice into wraps and rolls. Marinate before grilling for extra flavour.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated in a covered container and use within a couple of days.
