TRS Bright Red Food Colour is a concentrated powder colour in a 25g pack. A very small amount delivers a strong, appetising red, which is why it is a favourite for tandoori marinades, Indian sweets, celebratory rice and baking.
Dissolve a small pinch into water, yoghurt marinades or batter and mix well before adding to your dish. Start with a tiny amount and build up, as the colour is intense.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and keep the pack tightly closed to stop moisture getting in.
