TRS Ginger Powder is dried ginger root milled to a fine, free flowing powder, presented here in a generous 400g pack. It carries the warm, gently fiery character that ginger is loved for, in a form that disperses evenly through wet and dry dishes without the prep of grating fresh root.
Stir into curries, dals, marinades and stir fries, or add to cakes, biscuits, chai and warm drinks for a mellow heat. A little goes a long way, so season gradually to taste.
