TRS Kewda Water 190ml, also known as kewra water, is an aromatic culinary water made from the screwpine flower. It is prized in South Asian cooking for the delicate fragrance it brings to rice dishes, biryani and sweets. This is a single 190ml retail bottle. Because the aroma is concentrated, only a small amount is usually needed.
Add a few drops to biryani and pilau rice, stir into sweets such as gulab jamun and kheer, or use to scent syrups and drinks.
