This 150g pack of TRS Long Red Chillies contains whole dried red chillies used to bring warmth, colour and aromatic heat to a range of dishes. They are a familiar sight in tempering, curries, pickles and infused oils.
Fry whole or broken chillies in hot oil to release their aroma at the start of tempering, or add to simmering curries and pickles. Remove seeds for milder heat, or grind for chilli flakes and powder. Heat levels vary, so add gradually to taste.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal or transfer to an airtight container after opening to help preserve aroma.
