This 800g pack of TRS Pink Himalayan Salt is rock salt that owes its distinctive rosy colour to the natural minerals found in the deposits it comes from. It has a mild, rounded taste that seasons food cleanly, whether you are cooking, baking or finishing a dish at the table.
Use it as you would any cooking salt, to season curries, marinades, doughs and boiling water, or sprinkle a little over finished dishes for a final lift. Coarser crystals also work well in a salt mill.
Store in a cool, dry place and keep the pack sealed, as salt readily draws in moisture from the air.
