This 500g pack of TRS Fine Semolina, also known as sooji or rava, is wheat that has been milled to a fine, free flowing grain. The fine grade cooks quickly and turns wonderfully smooth, which makes it ideal for classic sweets such as sooji halwa as well as savoury dishes and baking.
Toast gently in ghee before adding liquid for a fragrant halwa or upma, use it to add lightness to cakes and puddings, or dust it over dough and trays for a crisp finish.
Keep in a cool, dry place. Reseal or transfer to an airtight container after opening to keep it fresh and free flowing.
