TRS Whole Cloves are dried laung supplied in a substantial 250g pack. These dark, nail shaped buds carry a powerful warm and slightly sweet aroma, so they season everything from biryani and curries to mulled drinks, chai and baking.
Add whole cloves to rice, biryani and slow cooked curries, or grind them into garam masala. They also flavour mulled drinks, chai and baked treats. Use sparingly, as the flavour is strong.
Keep in an airtight container in a cool, dry cupboard away from light to protect the aroma.
