Shan BBQ Reshmi Chicken Kabab – 12x50gm

Description

Shan BBQ Reshmi Chicken Kebab 12 x 50gm: soft, mildly spiced kebabs made simple

Shan BBQ Reshmi Chicken Kebab is a recipe seasoning mix rather than a ready meal. The 12 x 50gm format means a case of twelve individual 50g sachets, with each sachet seasoning one batch of chicken. Reshmi means silky, a nod to the tender, creamy texture these kebabs are known for. You supply the chicken and the usual binders such as yoghurt, cream, egg or oil, and the sachet provides the spice blend.

Key Features

• A case of twelve 50g sachets, suited to takeaways, grill houses and batch cooking at home
• A balanced masala for reshmi style kebabs that are mild and creamy rather than fiery
• Each sachet portions cleanly, so you season one batch at a time with no guesswork
• Works on skewers, under a grill, in a tandoor or over a barbecue
• Chicken and dairy binders are bought separately, giving you control over the meat used

Cooking and Uses: Combine one sachet with chicken (mince or boneless pieces) plus the binders suggested on the pack, such as yoghurt, cream, egg or oil. Marinate for a couple of hours or overnight, thread onto skewers and cook over a barbecue, under a hot grill or in a tandoor until piping hot and cooked right through. Rest briefly and serve with naan, chutney and salad.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep unused sachets sealed until you need them.
