This Shan recipe masala blends the character of a seekh kebab with tikka style seasoning, made for minced meat. The pack format 12 x 50gm means a case of twelve separate 50g sachets, so you use one per batch and keep the rest sealed. It is a seasoning blend only, so the mince and any binders are bought separately. As a guide a sachet is scaled to around 1kg of minced beef, lamb or chicken, but follow the exact ratio on the sachet.

Cooking and Uses: Mix one sachet through your minced meat with any binders suggested on the pack, then rest the mixture so the flavours develop.
