The brain or other offal is bought separately, and the sachet gives you the measured spices along with clear recipe steps.
Follow the sachet recipe. Typically, you clean and boil the brain or offal, then cook it with onions, tomatoes and the masala until fragrant. Finish with coriander, ginger and green chilli, and serve with naan or roti.
Keep sachets in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal any part-used sachet or transfer it to an airtight container.
