Mix the seasoning into minced beef or lamb with a beaten egg, chopped onion, fresh coriander and a spoon of flour or gram flour to bind. Press into thin, flat rounds and shallow fry until crisp and cooked through. Serve with naan, sliced tomato, onion rings and green chutney.
