You buy the chicken separately. The pack format 12 x 40gm means a case of twelve 40g sachets, and each sachet seasons one karahi for roughly four to five people.
Cooking and Uses: Brown the chicken in oil, add the masala with whisked yoghurt, then cook it down before finishing with a little cream, fresh ginger and green chilli. Best in a heavy karahi or balti pan on the hob. Serve with naan or basmati rice.
Keep the sachets in a cool dry place away from sunlight. Use each opened sachet in one go, as the pack is a single portion. Check the best before date on pack.
