Cooking and Uses 

Rinse and boil your chosen lentils until soft. Separately fry onions, garlic and ginger, stir in the seasoning and tomatoes, then combine with the cooked lentils and simmer to your preferred thickness. Finish with a tarka of sizzling oil, cumin and dried chilli poured over the top. Serve with rice or flatbread.
