Cooking and Uses 

Brown meat, often shank on the bone, then add the masala and water and simmer slowly until very tender. The gravy is traditionally thickened with a little flour paste stirred in near the end. Finish with fresh ginger, green chilli, coriander and a squeeze of lemon. Serve with naan. Allow plenty of time, as gentle, long cooking is what makes it.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal after opening and use within a reasonable period. Check the pack for the best before date.
