The word zaiqedar means tasty or flavourful, and the blend brings roasted and ground spices that turn plain yoghurt into a proper raita in minutes. The pack format 12 x 40gm means a case of twelve 40g sachets, with each sachet seasoning a bowl of raita for several people.
Cooking and Uses: Whisk plain yoghurt until smooth, loosen with a splash of water if you like, then stir through the seasoning to taste. Add chopped cucumber, onion or fresh coriander if you wish. Serve cold alongside biryani, curries, kebabs and rice, or as a cooling dip.
