TOP OP offers its whole dried chillies in a range of types and case sizes, from very hot birds eye and broken dandicut to mild Kashmiri, round and stem on varieties, so you can match the heat and colour to the job.
Crush or grind into masalas, or add broken pieces to curries, dals, pickles and tempered oils. Toast lightly first to round out the flavour.
