Cinnamon quills are the long, neatly rolled lengths of dried inner bark that give this classic spice its elegant look. This Top-Op case holds ten packs of 300g, giving busy kitchens a generous, consistent supply.
Drop a quill or two into simmering biryani, pilau rice, curries and slow braises, then remove before serving. Quills also work in mulled drinks, poached fruit, syrups and baking.
Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal the pack tightly after each use to protect the aroma.
