Cinnamon sticks are short, firm curls of dried bark that hold up well through long cooking. This Top-Op case brings together ten packs of 200g for a dependable working supply.
Simmer whole in curries, biryani, pilau and braises, then take out before plating. Also good for mulled drinks, rice puddings and stewed fruit.
Keep in a cool, dry cupboard away from sunlight. Seal the pack after each use to keep the flavour strong.
