The 10 x 400g case is designed for high volume kitchens and for resale.
Work into dry rubs and marinades for meat and vegetables, stir through creamy or peppercorn sauces, scatter over steaks and roasts, or use as a finishing pepper where texture is wanted. Add towards the end of cooking to keep the aroma lively.
