How to cook: Rinse well until the water runs clear, then simmer with water until soft, usually faster than whole pulses. Season with a tempered mix of spices, garlic and ginger. Split mung also works in khichdi, soups and porridge style dishes.
Store in a cool, dry place in a sealed container, away from moisture.
