TRS Roasted Chana Large is roasted chickpeas, known as chana, packed in 1kg bags and boxed as a case of six for caterers, snack makers and retailers. Dry roasted to a firm crunch, these chickpeas are ready to eat and equally useful as a cooking ingredient.
Snack on the chickpeas straight from the pack, or toss them with spices and dried fruit for a homemade mix. Ground roasted chana is also used to thicken and flavour certain chutneys and spice pastes. Add to trail mixes and party bowls.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep the pack tightly sealed to maintain the crunch.
