The 10kg sack is well suited to caterers and busy homes, ready for biryani, pilau and everyday rice dishes. Rice is naturally free from gluten.
Cooking: Rinse the rice until the water runs clear, then soak briefly if time allows for the longest grains. Cook by the absorption method or in plenty of boiling water, then drain and rest before fluffing gently with a fork to keep the grains separate.
Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture. Once opened, keep the rice in a sealed container to protect it from damp and pests.
